Nowadays a lot of people try to lead a healthy lifestyle. Some of them are sure that you only need to eat organic food to stay fit, but others do not think so.
As for me, I am completely sure that eating healthy is not enough. Firstly, if you want your organism to work properly, you need to be active and do sports regularly. Secondly, it is a must for people to drink a lot of water in order to feel good. Moreover, some people overeat healthy food which also can lead to serious consequences.
However, there are people who do not think so. They are sure it is unneccassary to do sports as organic food does not contain a great number of fats you need to get rid of. Also they say that healthy food is full of various microelements and it is more than enough for human to stay healthy.
Though both these opinions have a right to exist, I strongly believe that sport activity is more important than food. It is impossible to reach something while doing only half of the necessaties. Moreover, food in the markets is not as great as it is written on its package and you need to know places where to buy food if you want it to be really good.
In conclusion, I would like to say that if you want to be healthy, you need to eat healthy, to do sports and drink clean water. Everything is important for human body.
