Fast food is very popular and saves time for busy working people. However, many experts say that it is not completely healthy.

The issue of eating fast food has aroused heated debates over the past few decades. Some people think that fast food can help to save time, while others claim that it can cause problems with health.

In my opinion, fast food can spoil people’s health. Firstly, in this kind of food there are not any vitamins and other essential nutrients such as calcium or magnesium. Secondly, fast food contains a lot of fats and calories, which can lead to obesity. Thirdly, fast food restaurants often do not follow the rules of hygiene, for instance, cooking with clean hands. Hence, some people can get food – borne diseases.

However, some people believe that fast food is absolutely harmless and has obvious advantages. In their view, delicious fast food will be an excellent solution for busy people, who have not got enough time for cooking particularly. Besides, it is often less expensive than cooking home food.

Personally, I do not agree with the above opinion. I am convinced that if people eat fast food regularly, they will waste more time and money on treating the diseases caused by this kind of food, than on cooking at home.

In conclusion, even though there are different points of view on the problem of eating fast food, I am inclined to believe that people should avoid it to save their health that depends on their nutrition.
