Nowadays, many people state that choosing the same profession with our parents is the only way to be successful. While other claim that it is better to follow your own path.
Personally, I believe that following our parents’ footsteps in career way is a good decision. Firstly, if we decide to dedicate our lives to the same profession as our parents did then we automatically get a personal teacher to ask and help us when we demand. Secondly, it is a chance to get a high work position and salary because your parents work in the same sphere which mean they are well connected with other workers and even with directors.
Nevertheless, there are people who argue with me. They believe that there is no chance to fulfill your own destiny and become happy when you choose a profession only because of money. The point is that our job is the place where we spend most of our time and if we are not satisfied with it that would affects other spheres.
However, I disagree with that statement. The thing is that not every person connects happiness with his job that can be a happy family. Moreover, choosing the same profession with parents do not mean that people are not satisfied with it.
In conclusion, I would like to say that people are free to choose any profession they want. However, it is more safely to follow the path that has already been discovered.
